Paula Schuster
Paula Schuster is a leader, a teacher, a mom, a wife, and a business owner. She is a seasoned coach and mentor with 25 years of experience. In her coaching practice, she specializes in helping her clients clear patterns of unworthiness and self-loathing, rewire limiting beliefs, and learn how to put themselves first. She helps clients cultivate self-love, believe in themselves, uncover their life purpose, and embrace their authentic selves, while reconnecting with their intuition. Her newest venture is her podcast, called Scared As Fuck And Doing It Anyway, Showing Up Authentically, which is intended to help listeners with all of the above.
Paula spent over 25 years of her life in a corporate environment, leading organizations, developing strategies and business models, and optimizing processes. She quit her corporate job in May of 2022 to pursue more purposeful work and focus all her attention on her wellness business.
