Let's meet Libby, in this episode we dive into people pleasing and learn some tools on how to change that. 

 Libby Triolo is a LPC and mindset coach for women. She uses her expertise as a licensed therapist, paired with her personal growth journey to support women to find their voice. She specializes in helping women break free of the expectations of others so they can confidently make the relationship decisions they need in order to step into their aligned identity instead of pleasing everyone else.  

She helps women free themselves from people pleasing behaviors to navigate their relationship decisions, gain confidence and clarity in whether to stay or go, and feel aligned and authentic in their relationship (this one or the next) knowing they broke the cycle. Her group coaching program, Shedding Expectations, gives you the tools you need to end your people pleasing mindset, tailored live coaching supports, as well as access to a community of women in a shared experience.

  • Shares the one thing that people pleasers can do right now to shift that. 
  • Gives another tool when after you use a boundary and start to melt down. Then work with it later to keep helping you work through this. 
  • Shares what her mom hood looks like and what she loves about being a mom. Along with how others opinions can make it messy and how you know what is the right thing for you and your family.
  • Talks about control and realizing you can only control your mindset and how you feel about it. Even though sometimes you want to control more in your life.
